I'm a pupil

First log in to your account using your current registered email address. 

Click the grey 'My Profile' button found on the green bar at the top of the page. Click on the Edit your profile link on the page, found underneath your account name and email address.

Here you can edit all of your account information, including the email address linked to your account. Make the changes to your email address and hit the Save button. Your email address has now been updated.

You can now log out of your account and back in using your new email address.

If you have forgotten the email address used to log in to your account, click 'I forgot' on the Login page.

I'm a parent, school, tutor or tutoring centre

First log in to your account using your current registered email address.

Click the grey 'My Account' button found on the green bar at the top of the page. A sidebar will appear on the right-hand side of the screen. Select Edit my account. Make the changes to your email address and hit the Save button. Your email address has now been updated.

You can now log out of your account and back in using your new email address.

If you have forgotten the email address used to log in to your account, click 'I forgot' on the Login page.
